I CAN DECIDE NOW TO CHANGE MY LIFE!

My story:

Hate your parents?

We would get into arguments about how to run the farm and the real estate business.
He can't seem to accept new ideas. He was so stubborn and set in his old ways that it infuriated me.

So, I decided to put some space between me and him. I went away and worked in another city.

Years passed by. Then one day, I realized something: I was like my father in many ways. As they say, the fruit does not fall too far away from the tree!

The reason why I found my father stubborn and set in his ways was because I myself was like that! So, what happens when steel hits flint? Yeah, right… sparks fly.

At that time, God was also working on me and humbling me as I had become a very proud and arrogant person.

One day, I wrote a letter to my dad, asking for forgiveness and acknowledging that I was very arrogant and disrespectful.

We reconciled and became closer than before. He too accepted the Lord as his personal Savior.
